Our clients wanted to extend and remodel their detached house in a village in Derbyshire, close to Nottingham.

Our Solutions

We created a contemporary wooden extension to the rear of this early 20c home, framing views and celebrating local materials. Within the context of many UK residential addresses we can all often feel that our options to ‘do something different’ are limited. This extension and remodelling proves that more modern design can sit well contrasting against an existing period building and bring all the benefits of design, sustainability and lifestyle to our clients.
